Asset Detail Page

Easily view your asset information using our intuitive User Interface. Simply search on the asset line and you’ll see a detailed asset page including a visual photo of the property or collateral, summary of the asset, borrower/owner data, loan data, active work progress, shared documents and messages related to this asset.

Asset Responsibility & Assignment

Noteflow allows the account Administrator to assign specific assets to certain users, granting them exclusive access to manage and view those assets. This feature may be useful for large organizations that need to divide responsibilities among different departments or individuals, ensuring that each user has clear ownership of their assigned assets.

By assigning assets based on states, regions, or other filtering requirements, Noteflow helps organizations streamline their loan management processes and reduce the risk of errors or oversights.
